General Terms and Conditions of Kiddokek
General
These conditions apply to all sales and agreements, whereby Kiddokek will apply these conditions unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing. If merchandise is ordered from Kiddokek, the purchaser automatically accepts the stipulations set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
Information
All information on Kiddokek’s website (Kiddokek.com) has been carefully compiled. However, there is a chance that certain information is not correct, or complete, or current. Kiddokek and its partners can not be held responsible for this in any way.
Orders
Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email to confirm the details of the order, the total costs associated with the order as well as the acknowledgement that the item(s) is/are reserved for you. If payment is not made within 5 days, the reservation becomes void. All orders will be sent within five working days after receipt of payment by the consumer. A product must be delivered to the customer within 30 days of the order placement. If Kiddokek fails to comply with this, the customer may immediately break the order contract. This is not possible, however, if the parties involved have previously agreed to a different delivery term.
Payment
All prices indicated on Kiddokek’s website are in British Pounds, include value added tax and exclude shipping costs. Kiddokek can not be held responsible for information on the website concerning prices, tariffs and information and or the results of transactions that have been made due to such information. Customers are able to make payments electronically to Kiddokek in many different ways. The differing payment methods are indicated on the website under the title “Payment”. Shipment of the order will take place once Kiddokek has received payment for the order. Kiddokek will add the shipping costs to the invoice of the order.
Delivery
The delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. However, the final delivery time will not exceed more than one week of the indicated delivery time, excepting cases of 'force majeure'. The order will be processed and shipped within five working days of receiving payment. Kiddokek cannot be held responsible if the post is unable to deliver the order to the customer on time.
Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of merchandise will not be transferred until all associated obligations of purchaser have been fulfilled. At the point of transfer of ownership, which is at the point of delivery of the merchandise, product liability is transferred to the purchaser.
Money back Guarantee
If the customer does not wish to retain the merchandise, the customer has the right to return the item(s) to Kiddokek within seven working days after taking delivery of the merchandise. Firstly, the customer must inform Kiddokek in writing via email (info@kiddokek.com) of their intention. This guarantee does not comply if the merchandise has been worn or washed, or if the customer has attempted to mend or alter the merchandise in any way. Return merchandise will only be accepted if it is sent in the original, undamaged wrapping and the labels are still attached to the merchandise. Furthermore, the shipping costs of the returned merchandise will be entirely paid for by the customer. Unfortunately we can not cover the cost of returning the items to us, but we will act promptly to refund your original purchase or supply a replacement item where requested.
Please note that all items bought in sale or with discount are exempt of returning or exchanging.
Queries/Complaints
In the case of queries or complaints, please inform us by email (info@kiddokek.com). You will receive a reply as soon as possible.
Privacy
Kiddokek finds it very important to ensure that all of the customer’s personal information is treated with the utmost care and security. Kiddokek will not give the customer’s personal information to third parties, except when the information is required for the delivery of the order.
If the customer subscribes to our newsletter, their personal details will be used to keep them informed of changes to our assortment, special offers, website improvements and other relevant information pertaining to Kiddokek. If the customer no longer wishes to be subscribed to our newsletter, they may cancel their subscription via ‘Unsubscribe’ in the newsletter.
Records of website visits are kept for statistical purposes. Information concerning the amount of visitors and visitor frequency to our website will be used for internal research and website improvement. However, this general information is anonymous and cannot be traced back to the individual visitor.
Liability
All merchandise in Kiddokek’s assortment adheres to the stringent requirements for children and baby products. Kiddokek guarantees that its merchandise will be delivered in a state that adheres to the required norms, and free of any defects. If the merchandise delivered by Kiddokek is found to be defect, Kiddokek’s liability towards the customer is limited to the stipulations under: ‘Money back guarantee’ as mentioned above. Kiddokek is not liable for merchandise that has been deliberately altered, or has not been treated according to the specified washing instructions in the label of a product, or other improper use of the merchandise by the customer. Kiddokek is also not liable for any damage, in any form whatsoever, resulting from our website. Nor is it liable for any decisions based on information from our website.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All rights, obligations, specials, orders and agreements that fall under these General Terms and Conditions, and under this condition, are applicable under Dutch Law and Jurisdiction. In the case of translation or explanation of the contents of Kiddokek’s website, the Dutch version of the text in this website and these General Terms and Conditions will remain determinate.
Acceptance of General Conditions
All website users are required to be aware of, and to agree with, all of the above General Conditions. By placing an order with Kiddokek, the customer automatically agrees to all of our General Conditions. Kiddokek’s client’s details are automatically stored in our client list and will receive our newsletter.
